Hey you guys, the Doc is Haute here and welcome to my Blog! I’m a Healthcare professional, military wife and mom of 3. I’m a passionate sewist who loves working with colors and prints.
If you think I’ve always had it all together, you would be wrong! There was a time when I was a 22 year old mom of 2 kids under the age of 2, and boy was I a hot mess! T-shirts, flip flops and sweatpants was my go to outfit. It wasn’t until my daughter was 2 that I got back in school and decided to take my life and appearance more seriously.
Fast-forward 17 years later and I am a self proclaimed fashionista and enjoy styling my me-made pieces with existing items in my wardrobe to make stylish new outfits!
Sewing is my jam! I love shopping for patterns and fabric and coming up with ways to edit them to fit my own personal style.
Life is not always easy, but I draw my strength from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! He is The Way, The Truth and The Life! Try Him out, He is sooo good and He loves us more than we could ever think or imagine!
