I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for some warm temps and sunshine! ☀️ I just finished sewing up Butterick 6207 which is an easy spring dress. It has a 2 piece raglan sleeve and high-low curved hem. I love this dress!
Even though it’s been like 28 degrees here in Atlanta, I now have a little piece of spring hope hanging in my closet! Around this time of year when it’s still cold and a little dark and gloomy, I like to look ahead to spring and sew up something bright and this dress did the trick!
Let’s talk fabric!
For this project I chose a Jersey knit from Joann Fabrics in this lovely green floral print. This fabric was fun to work with. The color will give me the option to style it so many different ways. I can dress it up with heels, add a jacket or wear it with sneakers as I chose to do here. I love the versatility of this dress!
